Cookies with Santa 2024

Do you have a sweet-tooth like Santa? Come along and join him for cookies and hot chocolate whilst you enjoy a story, chat and maybe even some singing in The Olive Tree! A donation will be made to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity for every child’s ticket sold.

This event is ideal for younger children.

Tickets must be booked in advance.

Terms and conditions:

Tickets to see Santa must be purchased in advance as numbers are limited.

Please mention any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Maximum of 2 adults and 4 children per table, a minimum of one child ticket must be booked for each adult ticket booked.

Please make a single booking for your group if you wish to sit together, one booking = one table.

£2 from each's child ticket sold will be donated to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Babies (under 12 months) may attend free of charge if sitting on a lap and accompanying other ticket-holding children (and their adults!) - they will not receive a gift. If you would like them to receive a gift & cookie, please book them a child's ticket.

Each child over 12 months, and each adult must have a ticket.

Gift is a plush toy, suitable from birth.

Pushchairs cannot be taken into the function room where Cookies with Santa will be held. We will accommodate as many as possible in another area of the cafe, or they may need to be parked under cover outside.

You are welcome to take your own photos with Santa.

Tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled, please ensure you retain your ticket for a refund in this instance.

Tickets are not transferable. Tickets may not be resold.

If you miss your booking, we will not be able to accommodate you at a later time.

If you, or anyone in your party is unwell, please do not attend as you will not be permitted entry and will not receive a refund - thank you.
