Useful things to know:
No strict time slots for seeing Santa, arrive any time between the start and end times on your ticket and join the queue – there will be lots to see and do!
Tickets to see Santa must be purchased in advance as numbers are limited.
No charge for accompanying adults.
Please bring cash for other activities such as crafts, festive hunt and face painting.
Babies (12 months and under) will need a ticket to enter the grotto, either a child ticket if they are the only child on your booking, or a baby ticket if accompanying other children. At least one child ticket must be purchased in each booking.
Santa is happy to come outside the grotto to meet you if access if problematic.
You are welcome to take your own photos with Santa, or ask an elf to help.
Tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled, please ensure you retain your ticket for a refund in this instance.
Apologies, as we are a small centre we cannot offer SEN-specific sessions, please be aware that the entrance will be busy and noisy and you will queue to see Santa, please only book if you are comfortable with this.
