Head Barista

HEAD BARISTA 

We are looking for a skilled Head Barista to serve great coffee in the busy cafe within our family-owned, independent garden centre, to start asap, working 5 days per week to include alternate weekends.

The role will involve:

• Making and serving excellent specialty coffee and tea beverages
• Maintaining a clean and sanitised workstation
• Following health and safety guidelines
• Managing a positive team environment
• Training and managing new staff

The right candidate will be:

• Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
• Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service
• Tidy and self-disciplined
• Able to manage others

The role reports to the cafe manager/deputy manager.

Daytime hours only - no evenings.

Rate of pay: £13 per hour
